Building in Faith
We're Building In Faith!

On April 2, 2006, St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Frisco officially opened its new Stonebrook Campus featuring 23,000 sq. ft. of worship, education and administration space.

The first phase of our permanent home, located at 6400 Stonebrook Parkway (just west of the Stonebrook Pkwy./Dallas Pkwy. intersection), includes two buildings constructed around a central courtyard - an 11,000 sq. ft. worship space seating over 600 and a 12,000 sq. ft. education and administration building, with space dedicated to children's ministry, growing youth groups and classroom space for adult education, with office space to grow staff and expand and develop ministries. This building is also home to the new St. Philip's Episcopal Preschool.

Both buildings open out into a large open courtyard edged with cloistered walkways. Traditional architectural themes such as the cloister walks and gothic windows are hallmarks of the $4 million facility, but have been modernized to reflect a dynamic and active congregation.

Sr. Pastor Clay Lein is thrilled to have completed the construction project. "Four years ago, I couldn't have imagined this happening - we were just an idea, a dream. But God has done miraculous things at St. Philip's, and now He is calling us to continue His work in this new 'home'. We look forward to growing our congregation, ministries and staff so we can better serve our community here in Frisco."
