Probably the most profound Impact ministry at St. Philip's is simply the work of starting this new church. That in itself provides plenty of opportunities for people to serve. Many people are needed, whether as ushers or Sunday School teachers or Small Group leaders or Hospitality Greeters. All these ministries are designed to make an impact by welcoming guests and "making disciples".
Everyone has gifts and the call to be involved in ministry of some sort. In fact we believe that this church isn't the work of one Priest and a few staff people. Instead every single member of the church, both young and old, has a role to play in the work of God. Our responsibility is to help people find their passions and gifts and then connect them to the work of the Kingdom. There are many places to serve and our hope is that you will find the right place for you.
Yet our vision is bigger than just St. Philip's and its growth. Our vision and our call is to impact the world for Jesus Christ. That means seeing all the areas of our lives, and all the corners of the world as our ministry field. At St. Philip's we are involved in reaching out locally and globally.
