Adult Sunday School

Adult Sunday School

Sundays @ 10:15 am

We believe that learning together is an important part of growing our faith. That’s why we set aside time every Sunday for the entire church family to grow through learning.

Not only will you learn and grow your faith in Sunday School, but you’ll also experience support and fellowship among class members!

Sundays @ 10:15 am

Discipleship is defined as a state of being a disciple, but what does that really mean? Aren’t disciples those special people in the Bible? How do I know if I’m being a disciple? Can kids be disciples? Can we learn to be a disciple?

Glad you asked! First and foremost, being a disciple is a way of life. It’s not a class, but there are some things to learn about living the disciple life.

That’s why for 8 weeks, beginning September 11, 2022 all Sunday School classes will be diving into what it means to be a disciple and how to live out discipleship every day, whatever your age, and wherever you are!

• DiscipleBuilders for adults and youth in Stanton Commons
with Fr. Michael and Fr. Clayton
• DiscipleYouth (6th – 12th grade) will meet in Stanton Commons for
the lesson and then breakout to the Youth Room for discussion
• DiscipleKids in age/grade-specific classes for children

When Jesus invited people to follow him – to be disciples – he expected his followers to be all in. He doesn’t expect perfection, but we need to understand what it means to be a disciple and be willing to engage. When you live a disciple life, you will experience transformation – not only of yourself – but of others and the community around us. You will impact the world for Christ! Questions? Contact Kelley Prahl.
