JUSTICE of the Cross
As we continue to examine the meanings of the cross, we begin to see that it works as a kind of prism of God’s truth and love in your life. We see many different things and experience the cross in many different ways.
One of the hardest teachings about the cross is the issue of justice. What does it really mean that Jesus died for your sin? How can we look at an event that happened centuries ago and think “he did that for me”? Seeing God as both just and justifier is often hard to understand. How can He play both of these roles in our life?
