Faith is a team sport! We were created to live in relationship with others – only then can we experience the full life God intends for us. That’s why at St. Philip’s, we believe, rich, 3D Faith is grown in Small Groups.
Small Groups have one, simple purpose: to bring people together. Sharing life through community is part of our design, but getting connected isn’t always easy. That’s why Small Groups exist — to make these life-changing relationships relevant and accessible.
A Small Group is a group of three or more people who gather regularly in a home, at the church, workplace, restaurant, coffee house – really anywhere life takes you. In a group you’ll share life, serve others, pray for each other and grow relationships built on the strongest foundation – a love for Christ.
Groups come in all shapes and sizes — married couples, singles, men, women, kids, no kids, neighbors, shared interests — the list goes on. No matter where you are in life, there’s a group for you.

Small Group Leaders
Leading a Small Group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a place to connect. Hosting a group is simple — choose a day, time, and location to meet with others and leave the rest to us. We give you essential tools to make your small group successful through leadership training, registration support, and great content options. We believe people’s lives are changed one semester at a time, and Small Group leaders are blessed to play an important role in that transformation.
